MCC Steen 2012
Wellington as a wine region and our winemaker have an affinity for Chenin Blanc. This white varietal from our region gives us great quality consequently being the versatile grape that Corlea loves to craft wines from. As with the 2008 vintage the 2012 MCC Steen was produced from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes resulting in the most delicious creamy mouse to excite your palette. The base wine spent 9 months in older oak barrels and 18 months on its second fermentation lees in bottle.

Skin macerated Grenache Blanc 2013
Not everyone who wonders is lost. With the Bosman Fides skin macerated Grenache Blanc, we crafted a wine for the wine wonderer. That is if you are one looking for something different and off the beaten track. Classified as an orange wine because of its beautiful colour, this is a white wine made exactly as a red wine. Fides was fermented on its skin for 10 days, resulting in beautifully extracted Grenache Blanc flavours of dried orange peel, marzipan and a slight spiciness with brisk minerality and finely textured tannins.
